The world’s first wildlife tracking virtual adventure!
Ignite your next team session, leadership programme, or sales meeting.
It’s great fun with a serious purpose to help teams and leaders perform in the rapidly evolving ecosystem of work.
The Big Idea
At the heart of our approach is the mastery of focused and diffuse thinking, a key skill for expert trackers.
This balance of intense concentration and relaxed, open-minded awareness enables leaders to navigate complex challenges and uncertain environments. We’ve designed an immersive programme that simulates these challenges. It helps participants improve decision-making, team cohesion, and practical leadership skills through real-world scenarios and engaging storytelling.

Why Tracking as a Metaphor?
Hunting and gathering was humanity’s first and most successful strategy.
Tracking teaches discernment, curiosity, practical imagination, adaptability, and reverence. These five qualities are crucial in business too. Strategic thinking is the practical outcome of the tracker’s mindset. By adopting this mindset, participants learn to navigate uncertainty and become more effective in a changing world.
The Making of Tracking Success
Renias and I teamed up with Ian Schubach (Red Leaf Group) and Grant Ashfield (Leadership Works) to film the process of wildlife tracking in real time in the bushveld. Over a period of a month we tracked lion, leopard and rhino in a vast and remote wilderness area in the greater Kruger National Park. The footage has been turned into a unique interactive documentary that demonstrates how the mindset of a tracker and the decision-making process can be helpful to business and specifically sales teams.
